I've had several problems with MSI boards.
Don't even get me started on the drivers.

From the pic it looks like you have the necessary holes. You might need to move the standoffs around to accommodate the board's screw holes.

    no three holes dont line up.... what would happen if i just screwed it in with 3 missing???

    The board could short out.

      when you mean short out do you mean like turn on and shut right off or like spark and ruin it
      Also does anyone knows what happens when you turn it on with no processor what will happen

      Could do either.  Not worth risking it.

      It won't POST.  It may either not turn on at all, it may turn on, fans will spin and nothing happens, it may turn on and shut down, it may beep, it may not.  Different boards do different things.  There's no point in turning it on without a processor in, regardless.
