my screen has gone funny

hi my computer screen has gone all funny and i cant seam to fix it

Yeah, I see the problem. You've got all those people in the middle of the screen 

1) Boot to safe mode - same problem?
2) Try a different display.
3) If you have a different video card available try that.

Ok it didn't do it in safe mode but I tryed everything else including a diffrent graphics card but that screwed the computer up compleatly so I had to reinstal windows no nothing will install no settings will save and I can't get an anti virus software so I can't use the internet

1) If it didn't do it in safe mode you should have posted back at that point and told us so we could have helped you solve the problem.
2) Installing a new graphics card caused you to have to reinstall Windows? Absolutely, positively impossible.

i didnt install a new one it was shared memory then i put a graphics card in wich i installed ages ago but took it out after crap performance

But we really need to know what exactly you have done here and what card is now in the machine to assist further...

Look - it seems as though you've been messing around with your system and are blaming the parts rather than the user. I have absolutely no idea what you've done at this point. Instead of giving us information in bits and pieces how about the whole story all at once?
