Format a phone to it's factory setting using USB (Challenge)

Hello,

I have a japanese phone (Docomo P906i) that NEEDS formatting to it's factory settings. I have the USB and a computer, so can it be done??

i will personally give the nick name "THE smartest person that ever walked this planet" to anyone that could do it!

i bought the phone in used condition and it has a security code which can ONLY be unlocked in Japan, I'm not in japan of course -_-''.

the seller scammed me and i can't return it, my ebay protection policy has expired on my item too T.T...

please help me....
