New Hardware Wizard Window I can't get rid of
« on: April 21, 2010, 06:16:20 PM »
I have a window "Found New Hardward Wizard" stating that it can't install new printer hardware which I have always had and is working fine.  I have tried everything to delete it but it remains.  I have uninstalled my printer, reinstalled it, restarted my computer several times, unplugged my computer and still that window stays.  I also have a tag on the bottom that says "New hardware found".  The point is that it is not new hardware!  Help!
