    « on: April 22, 2010, 07:18:53 AM »
hi ive recenly brought a vaio pcv-w1/g all in 1 pc with a formated hd. So after reinstalling windows xp and finally finding all of the drivers ive tried to connect it to my lcd tv with s video and av plugs. But with no luck. I've been told that i need to put it in video mode but cant seem to find how to do it. I've tried a combination of fn and all the f keys and nothing happend. Anyone with any ideas PLEEEASE HELP its driving me mad now.

Check the video settings in Control Panel...

And check all of the inputs to the TV.  You should be able to do that with the TV remote.  The s-video cable should work and would be better than the AV jacks.

      Hi
thanks for the reply. I've had the tv on the right inputs and i cant see any video options on the control panel just display but that says nothing about video.
      Cheers
