Acronis backup
« on: April 23, 2010, 12:15:27 AM »
I have my computer with Windows XP SP3 and a little used space in my hard disk. I backup my C & D drive as image into E drive using Acronis True Image Home 2009. Lets say the image file is samplebackup.TIB. Can I store the image file in DVD? I'm just thinking if I can use the DVD in the future to recover quickly in case of a disaster. Please advise.

Yes. You can do this.
Or on flash memory or an external hard disk

Why not just create the image directly onto the dvd?
