    TV Tuner And Composite AV in Help..

    I have Composite AV in and a TV Tuner on my computer and I have used it before through cyberlink powercinema... Now it has been reformated and I dont know how to use it anymore.. please help.. Do I need to download drivers?

    what is the make and model of the tuner? What version OS are you running?
