Every day from 1:30 pm to 2:30 pm my hard drive runs constantly making my system unusable. I don't think it is my antivirus because this was happening before I installed it. I've checked for spyware and viruses but nothing. I"ve tried Task Manager but it doesn't show anything. Thank you or any advice.
