Okay, sorry - we've had a little fun at your expense and that's not why you've come here.

What specific problems are you having and when did they start?

It takes over 2 to 3 minutes to respond to a single command and it boots slowly.

1) Did this just start? If so, what is different since the last time it worked properly (new hw, sw, virus, error, etc)?

2) Run a full scan with BOTH your antivirus utility AND MalwareBytes

I just formatted it not long ago. The issue is that, I want to increase my RAM that is about 250  which I think is too small having 150Hard Dsk space. How RAM do I need to get to fit the 150 HD Space and to increase the speed because it Pentium 2?.

Okay, you should have mentioned the ram in the first post. The size of the HD has nothing to do with how much ram you have. If you only have 250Mb Ram then you're lucky the system is usable at all. If it will take 1Gb then that's what you want to do - if not, at least get it to 500Mb - but in the end a Pentium 2 just isn't going to give you much in the way of performance. It might be time to start thinking about a new system.

After reformatting, did you install the chipset driver?

If you are certain the chipset driver was installed then in my opinion your only two choices are to either add more ram or get a new system.
