system is not booting

i have a dell latitude d610 it was virus infected i install the avast anti virus after installation it automatically restarted and its screen become blue no window boot it just show the dell logo and becomes blue screen no do not work it does not show the (safe mode,last good configuration ....i get off the hard drive and ram also but it remain same i tried to install the window but it boot from the cd but it stops and does not ge the hardware information so i m worried sir waiting for your ans

Can you enter the BIOS setup screen?

Assuming that a virus has caused this issue, you will need to boot from a bootable Antivirus CD/DVD to check for a boot sector virus first.
