    « on: June 01, 2010, 01:17:34 AM »
hey all, the problem i am having is one of my friends put on a password on the admin account on the laptop and forgot it... so i tryed getting into safe mode to get rid of the password but when i press F8 it comes up with a different menu:

Windows 7 with SLIC Loader (default)
    Windows 7 with SLIC Loader
Windows 7 with SLIC Loader(use altrnate method)
Windows 7 with SLIC Loader(full debug output)
Windows 7 with SLIC Loader (more forceful - may crash)
    load external menu (menu. 1st)
    grub command line

so i have no idea how to get to safe mode :(

or if anyone has suggestions how to alter the admin password
