I guess it's only in some of the higher end suites. It has always been included in the versions I get from Action Pack (Office Professional & Ultimate). As with most Office apps, you can always buy the standalone version if you like.

    okay I did a full reinstall of Microsoft office and got the missing files placed again. Thanks for all your support.

    It's included on the discs for Ultimate and Enterprise only. All other versions shouldn't have it, including Professional and Professional Plus.
