Program file deletion

I want to delete a file from Program Files but I get message "cannot delete.  Check to see if write-protect."  It's a Symantec Shared file.  Has to do with unauthorized user threat, is there any way I can delete it?

Driver Cleaner

Be certain that the files you are removing, are not important[/u] system files
