I bought a 3-yr. virus protection from MCAfee, started acting up after 3-4 months. Tried to work with CS, uninstalled, reinstalled, wrote home office, tried to get a refund, etc. Deleted & uninstalled a final time and started using a free service. Would you believe tha they had the audacity to recently send me a "reminder" that my service was about to expire? I couldn't even find a workable email address to give them (yet again) a piece of my mind. Anyone had similar problems?
