can't defrag. not enough space..

did defrag bout 2 months ago with 30% free. now only about 6 mb free. my swon was doing a game on line and mentioned a proplem after. how do i free up space?(have checked for new files etc and nothing new)

1) Delete all temp files
2) Empty the recycle bin
3) Empty the temporary internet files folder
4) If you do not need system restore, disable it. This will immediately free up a great deal of space. NOTE - all restore points will immediately be deleted.

First thing I would do is delete that game.  Makes me wonder if the game was the only thing downloaded.  Could have also been a lot of junkware that piggybacked on top of the game.
