I've been having trouble with the powercords. replaces it 3 times but bought off the Internet @buy.com
Have not operated the laptop since January because I just recently replace the powercord. The powercord worked fine but now after I enter my password, the computer will not take me to the programs screen. It acts like it's trying to take me there but a blank screen is the only thing that will show up. I'm able to get to the programs in safe mode but not in normal mode. I tried taking the computer back to a different restore point while in safe mode but nothing helps. Will it help to do the complete system recovery or is there another problem causing this to happen.
