It automatically renews the license when downloading updates .

That is what Microsoft means when they say Contact Microsoft for a new version

Is this another kind of expiring date than the one in the lower right corner or are they releasing a post-beta version?

I don't know Raptor, I suppose you could just leave it & see what happens after the end of July.
I've been caught with adaware before when if you don't update the core program, they just stop giving signature updates for the old versions.

I use Adaware SE at the moment. What I like about this program is that it can clear the .MRU lists. It is the only spyware it finds. I never even have tracking cookies.

I will test Spybot S&D first before reinstalling Microsoft Anti-spyware, has an update been released yet?

Nope, no update for spybot yet.
Most of the time I never bother with MRUs, gotta leave something for Windows to do.  ;D

If you don't know the answer, it isn't a dumb question.

Does that solve the disfigurement bug?

Nope but there is a way to solve it.
I was hunting around the spybot site & found out that you can get into the program and edit some of the code.
              It looks easy LOL.
When I find it again I'm going to copy the link and ask someone in here who knows about that stuff.
Basicaly it's just a matter of changing a couple of values to the size of the popup screen to make it bigger so the buttons don't overlap or something.
I'm watching the thread about what languages people know in here so I can pick a victim to help me with it.
Computer code is like black magic to me.  :D
