New NVIDIA driver not working

Just downloaded the NVIDIA driver for my Toshiba A505 S6033 from Toshiba's website. However after installing it NVIDIA control panel is not working. Is there a certain process I should follow to get it to work correctly? The Driver was released on June 7th and is an update from the one I already had released in March.

Follow the instructions shown on the Toshiba download page for that driver.  If it doesn't work, contact Toshiba.

Try going to the official NVidia site and pick up a fresh copy of the latest drivers you need, and see if that works any. Else you probably want to do what Computer_Commando has suggested.
