    Welcome screen

    I can run in safe mode and my welcome screen works but when I start the computer normally I don't get the welcome screen. Can you help fix this issue?

      Hi,

      Try the below steps:
      1). Click on Start and select Control Panel.
      2). Open User Accounts and again select User Accounts.
      3). Now Click on "Change the way users log on or off".
      4). Select "Use the Welecome Screen" and click on apply.
      5). Restart your computer.

      Hope this works.

        Thank you   have tried to do that several times but it doesn't work or fix it
         now have client services for netware installed but can't find where it is........not showing up in the usual location

          Hi,
          Then this could be virus attack, try to scan your machine and try to revert all the settings to default manually.

          Feel free to ignore the above post.

          First, what happened between the last time the system started normally and the first time it did not (new hw, sw, virus, error, etc)?

            Thanks one and all for your responses and advice. Ended up clearing the hard drive and starting fresh. Thanks again and keep up the great work.
