Converted to Windows 7 Ult

I was having trouble with my Printer Spool shutting on its owe. I have to go to CP, Adm, Serv and restart the spooler. I converted to Windows 7 ult and still have the problem.  Also, What can I do to get windows 7 to acknowledge I have 4 Gigs of Memory.  It only shows 3 Gigs on my System
screen.

to be able to use 4 gigs of memory, you need to have 64 bit version of windows. Else you won't be able to.
