my pc crashes then recovers from a serious error WHY????

my pc keeps on crashing just turning it self off then it re-boots and says it has recovered from a serious error the error file says C:\docume~1\louie~1\locals~1\temp\wer5635.dir00\mini071910-01.dmp

and

C:\docume~1\louie~1\tempwer5635.dir00\sysdata.xml

i know these are error reports created by my pc but i don't understand how to solve the problem

can any1 plz help??

Go to System Properties - Advanced - Startup & Recovery Settings and uncheck "automatically restart". Next time the system encounters a problem you should see a blue screen error message instead of getting a reboot. Post the entire contents of that blue screen here.

Download BlueScreenView (in Zip file)
No installation required.
Unzip downloaded file and double click on BlueScreenView.exe file to run the program.
When scanning is done, go Edit>Select All.
Go File>Save Selected Items, and save the report as BSOD.txt.
Open BSOD.txt in Notepad, copy all content, and paste it into your next reply.

You know Broni, after giving the above advice for all these years (since XP was first introduced) I guess maybe it's time I looked into Blue Screen View. I think maybe I'll do it. I'm going to leap right into this new millennium (kicking and screaming)

Before I found BSV, I had to struggle with Windows Debugging Tool, which is OK, but it takes a lot of time to go through all .dmp files.
BSV does it instantly.

Have you recently installed any new hw or sw (immediately before this problem occurred)?
Download and install the latest drivers for your video and audio cards.
Check for a bios flash.

It produced pretty weird format, but it'll do
It looks like Kaspersky, or RAM problem, or both.

Try to uninstall Kaspersky momentarily, turn Windows firewall on and run the computer like that for a few hours. See how it goes.
In that time, do NOT download anything form unknown sources, because you won't have any AV protection.

ok so how do i check if my hardware is properly installed and why would kpsky cause the crashes i thought when i bought it that it was a good AV programme
