Error Msg on Outlook Ultimate '07 PfBackup Addon

Just installed Outlook Ultimate 2007, and an addon that's supposed to let me  backup the PST file to another partition for safe keeping.  It DOES prompt me, and I've pointed Outlook to store the Outlook.pst file everywhere I know to in the app, but I'm getting this error msg when the addon prompts me to backup:

"Cannot copy Outlook: The process cannot access the file because another process has locked a portion of the file."

You need to first exit Outlook.

Umm, why the add-on?  You don't need an add-on to select a certain location for exporting your Outlook data to a .PST file.
