what i have done on it before not occure, i have uninstalled kaspersky,install revouinstall,Fcleaner and cloud panda anti and Malwarebytes Anti tool. because this pc have problems with virus skype. after that i have restarted it and when come loading personal setting srceen it restart immediately by it seft all times.
But i can enter in to safe mod normal is no restart so i have uninstall all i have done above, disable all services and startup in msconfig and also disable some drivers like: network,vga,sound. but it still restart the same when come Loading personal setting screen.
Note: I also have chosen Last known good configuration(.......) in Option Menu. yes it ok for temporary for a while. but whe i start restart it again and let it to windows, it still restart when come loading personal setting screen.
so any idea pls help i will looking for ward before i deside to reformat windows if no choose.
