    programs close for no reason. :S :( Need help!

    programs in my computer just seem to close and no error message is given.

    The computer runs on windows XP service package 3

    the programs that close are-
    Internet explorer
    windows search
    Garena
    DAP
                                                all of these programs end with no error. what am i to do?

      thank you. i hope that the link you gave me will end my problems. :D i had malwarebytes but it wasn't updated so i am doing so and hoping for the best. :D

      MalwareBytes is not a replacement for an anti virus utility. You MUST have a good AV active at all times on your system.

        yes, i have kaspersky 10 installed and updated and active at all times. :D
        i have another problem i cant install the new version of windows live messenger.
        when i download the messenger it says that i have the new version but i don't. :S

          And is malwarebytes and the installation of the new java enough?
          or do i have to do all the steps said in the thread?

          Please follow all the steps in the link I posted. Let's make sure your system is malware free.
