    I uninstalled / reinstalled driver from original disk after getting help from CH on another printer problem.
    I now find I cannot use the scanner (well, I can but it does not work properly). If I select to scan to "computer", the control panel says "downloading application list". but it doesn't do anything and after about 30 - 45 seconds it reverts back to "computer". This used to work as it did not say anything about application list, and instead gave me the options of scanning to a file (pdf) or as an email attachment. I now can do neither.

    Also, if I scan to a USB, it seems to do so, but when I try to open the pdf it says it is corrupt, possibly as a result of it being attached to an email (which it ain't). When I look at its properties, it says it is zero size. 

    Printer is attached to laptop by USB. I'm using Win 7
