Download?  What do you mean?  What OS are you using?  How did you try to do a screen capture?

i did have s/c and it worked fine , then i got an upgrade of my pc plus from XP  to win7 , and it will not work at all , i have 2 drive's the new one but s/c was in the old one

Again, more clarity is needed. Are you saying you saved a screen capture on your old hard drive and you now want to find that s/c image but can not find it?

harry, please lay out the whole picture here so that we don't have to extract it bit by bit from you.  Come on, you're an old timer in the forum.  You should know better.

State all details.  For example: in what folder did you originally save the s/c?  Is your current OS on the old HD or the new one?  Did you delete any files from the old HD?  Again, please provide full details.

yes old timer is right in the forum and in life
the original was in my old drive but being a novice to 2 drives win 7 etc i downloaded it again and then i found it in my new and old drives , deleted the old drive download  now it will not work .
xp on my old drive  win 7 on the new drive . it was saved to programs . i hope i got this right , harry

update , a pc tech; called to see me and downloaded a printer driver for win 7 , also you have to run hjt under admin status , both working fine
