linux fdisk utility

good day! i am looking for a linux utility disk that i could use on repartitioning my drive.is this utility goes with the software itself? or can this be downloaded through the internet?ty.good day. ???

    Also fdisk is a linux command too, but GPartEd is excellent as its a bootable CD so you can resize the boot partition.
