I already have.  when i tried to remove it with that program it said that i had to use add/remove, which i have tried also.  i don't have a password and i have already tried symantec as the defalt password.  this symantec antivirus program has a virus in it and it keeps loading bogus antispy and malware programs onto my computer.

Please try this to see if HJT can see it and remove it.

Please download: HiJackThis to your Desktop.
      • Double Click the HijackThis icon, located on your Desktop.
      • By Default, it will install to: C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis
      • Accept the license agreement.

      Delete An Uninstall Entry

      •Start HijackThis

•Click on the Open the Misc Tools section

•Click on the Open Uninstall Manager button.

•Highlight the entry you want to remove.
      •Click Delete this entry
