click-to-run bootstrapper error

ive tried downoading microsoft office trial 2010 many time and every time it comes up and says click-to-run bootstrapper error and i have no clue what to do, i really need microsoft office, my system is windows xp help?

You might want to check out something like open office.....it's free and does everything MS does......
