Many college bookstores also sell software at academically discounted prices to students and teachers.

If a Further Education student, you must have at least 15 hours of scheduled contact time per week for your course.

In England, more than 15 hours is full time. Sorry, should have been more specific.

Link 1-> "Am I eligible" Item 2:

You must be a student at a U.S. educational institution
Link 2->DreamsSpark

This site has no "terms" that indicate anything about wether you need 15+ a week or more nor does it mention anything about further education students. It does, however, as 2x3i5x noted (and you clearly ignored) allow you to verify through your school using the .edu email address that you get from them. Any limitations at the school itself- such as, for example, requiring 15 hours a week to have said address is a limitation of the school and has nothing to do with dreamSpark.

You click on 'Am i eligible' and it bring up a page that gives a list of colleges. Being in the U.K i click on the 'Going to university/college in the UK?' link. Then click on the 'Am i eligible' again which states -

If you are a student, you must be enrolled in an education institution geographically located in the United Kingdom, Jersey, Guernsey or the Isle of Man. If a Higher Education student, you must be enrolled in an undergraduate or postgraduate level course. If a Further Education student, you must have at least 15 hours of scheduled contact time per week for your course.

I have a 'ac.uk' account, but do less than 15 hours.

You dont have .edu email in England (thats probably why i ignored it)
