pretty sure my son loaded a virus from a gamimg websit

My 11 yr old played a game online and then after trying to clean with microsoft maicious virus remover it crashed. Now it will not come on, the monitor is on but nothing from the PC...no idea what to do now

Are you getting "no signal" on the monitor? Do you hear any beeps when it's trying to start? You will have to check all the wiring to ensure you're getting power to the CPU and perhaps opening the box and checking to ensure everything is secured inside.
