AUDIO/VIDEO PROBLEM

HI I NEED HELP WITH THIS PROBLEM THAT I BE GETTING EVERY TIME IM USING THE COMPUTER WENT I WANT TO PUT SOME MUSIC OR IF IM USING YOUTUBE MY AUDIO DONT WORK AND MY DESKTOP TOOLBAR LOOKS WEIRD I NEED TOO RESTART MY COMPUTER AGAIN TO MAKE IT WORK HOW CAN I FIX THIS?

i got a windows xp and you know that the desktop its blue mines change went my audio gose away in to white like the classic ones..
