Something is wrong with my computer. All of a sudden it slowed to like a crawl, and when I look in task manager it says i have physical memory usage 58%. I usually have like 3-5%. I have 4gb ram. Even when I restart, it shows 40+% without any programs running.
Im pretty sure I dont have a virus cause I havent visited any stange websites lately, just the sites i usually go to. Also I dont have any ads or popus etc and nothing is changed. Just all of a sudden this very high memory usage and computer acting slow.
