I have pre installed vista home premium, upgraded to windows 7 upgrade package, and a dieing motherboard. Is there any way I can replace my mb without having to re buy a complete version of windows 7, or can intergrate what I have.

You'll need to reinstall Windows after changing the mobo. There are sites on the web that will show you how to do a clean install of W7 with an upgrade disc.
