    Ipod/Device Help Needed
    « on: September 22, 2010, 09:56:22 PM »
Forgive me if I'm posting this in the wrong place but it's a device problem so I figured here was where to do it.

I am trying to transfer my songs from my Ipod to itunes. Plenty of tutorials, which I started to do, but one of the first steps is to open My Computer, then open the Ipod, but there is no Ipod there. Someone in chat suggested making sure manage manually was checked in itunes...it is...didn't work, then I tried downloading the program suggested...IpodCopy off of SourceForge...it's just files, no program automatically runs, but if I open like the "bin" file...it asks to run, I say ok, then it asks for Ipod Mount Point, what the heck is that? Can someone please help me? I could follow the tutorial if I can just find how to open the Ipod! Thanks :)

Can anyone help me? Any tricks or suggestions to get my Ipod to show up in My Computer?

      Thanks!
