cannot save/write/delete files on 1 partition of hard disk
    « on: September 28, 2010, 05:14:33 AM »
    Hi

I have Windows XP 64 bit on my PC. I have 2 partitions on my hard drive. I cannot write/save/delete files on partition E using a limited user account.  However if I log in as administrator
I can copy/save/delete files on that same partition.  Any idea what the problem is and what should be done to be able to do all these operation using a limited user account plz.

    Thx

Sounds like a permissions problem. Go to the root of the drive and give the limited account permissions to the drive.

    Is E: a Recovery Partition perhaps ? ?
