I am having a real hair-pulling experience trying to download Adobe reader and flash as well as running some website options on certain sites, like I am unable to play anything on YouTube Videos or make purchases on website: http://www.luckyvitamins.com.  I get "error on page" and I can't seem to find out why!  Any suggestions?  Please help this old man before my friend puts out a hit on me......Thanks in advance.

Remove any current installation of Adobe Reader or Flash.
Start -> Control Panel -> Add or Remove Programs

Restart your computer. Then download and reinstall both:

http://get.adobe.com/reader/

Instead of Reader, you could also try Foxit, which works just like reader, takes less space, and runs faster. It's also free:
