Morning to all at Computer Hope. my problem is whatever shortcut i click on be it Google or my home page Sky, the screen comes up half screen .i can resize,
manually but every other method dose' not solve it.i have tried holding shift key and red cross it works until i turn it on again.i also went to properties/shortcut/
change normal windows to max.still no good.some other methods i read about i dont' understand,can you please help.
