    how to create a bootable flash

    hello,
    how to create a booting  flash memory? i  have one laptop but my DVD ROM not working so that, i have to create start up flash memory and have to reinstall XP operation system  through flash memory please guide me.

    Tryed this once.... worked but not the fastest thing in the world.  ::)

    First of all, your BIOS has to support booting from USB drive.
