    Hi to all.

1.Does the Nvidia physx 9.10.0513 system software driver and DirectX/Direct3D 11 work with the AMD ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4530 Graphics card?

    2.Does anyone know where i can download DirextX/Direct3D 11?

    Thanks

    Matt

Nvidia PhysX requires a NVidia PhysX enabled GPU or PhysX card. It won't work with ATI, being that the ATI cards don't have physics processors.

2:) you can't download DX11. It comes as part of windows 7.

Well I find that weird because whenever i downloaded the Nvidia PhysX driver, it installed perfectly fine and didn't say anything about not having a physx card or anything.

Also, I never got DirectX 11 with windows 7. I found that out by going into the control panel and navigated to programs>uninstall a program and directx 11 wasn't in the list.

So does that mean that DirectX 11 is also a piece of hardware??? Because since there was no directX 11 program listed in the uninstall a program list, i installed directx 10.

So if I have accidentally overwritten the driectx 11 driver, how do i get it back?

      Help is much appreciated.

p.s. Sorry for this much information.

Windows 7 comes with DX11. you cannot uninstall it because win7 won't work at all without it.

DX10 isn't a redistributable, to my understanding, and only comes with Vista. If your comp is still working you probably didn't overwrite dx11.

the physX driver probably simply doesn't check to see that there is compatible hardware.

So that means that DX 11 is not overwritten with the DX 10 SDK that i installed. phew...

And i am just going to uninstall nvidia physx and reinstall the latest AGEIA PhysX driver.

Thank you very much for your help. It has been much appreciated.
