How do I fix this problem? I wanna know how to get rid of it and which antivirus programs work well for this virus. I'm using malwarebytes to scan right now. It found two viruses. I cannot use Housecall or Hijackthis because right now I am in safe mode in Windows 7 and no installers can be run. I went to the chat to find help, I got redirected here first but willingly chose not to come here since I was in safe mode and wanted to get rid of the virus quickly before it kills anything on my PC. The chatmates were rude, accusing me of trolling, I was very polite, asking questions about what they said, they accused me of being dumb, threatened to ban me for trolling, or asking questions. It was the worst service I have ever had. I will not name those who did this to me. I will just ask for help on here.
