DVD burner Pentium II and III
« on: August 01, 2005, 02:07:06 PM »
I was browsing around a site and I saw the BenQ Black IDE DVD Burner Model DW1620 PRO BLK BONUS - Retail and I looked at the product specifications to see if my computer is compatible. The only thing on my computer that does not meet the specifications is the Pentium.  I have a Pentium II and the requirements say it needs a Pentium III.  Is this still compatible or will i have to look for another CD burner. If it isn't can anyone recommend another low cost cd/DVD burner.
Thanks, Kevin

Was Pentium III the minimum requirement or the recommended requirement or did it just list one level of requirements?
