Look at this. It came from the dell website. From what I see it seems like you are having a memory error. Check to make sure all RAM sticks are fully seated in the slots. If it still doesn't work, try taking out one stick and test. If you have multiple sticks, check for each.
removed the memory card and put it back in and turn the machine on and it is working
Didn't see that part. Yes, that was probably it. If you look at the table for 1-3-2, you will see memory error.
