Help: Firefox crashing

Hi Guys,

I have a problem regarding my mozilla firefox, it kept on crashing. I tried to uninstalled and reinstalled it again but the same result happened. I don't know what seems to be the problem. Hope you can help me this one. Thanks in advance.

Do you have any themes, add-ons or plug-in installed. If so, disable them, one by one,  and see if problem persists.
