About half of my email won't open.In  each one that won't open in the attachment section ,after the subject the initials wmv appear. then a message says my the file doesn't have a program associated with it. What do I do?

Hello George & welcome to the CH forums.

You ask what you can do.  The first thing is to read this post by CH Admin then give us some info about your pc and especially advise which e-mail program you are using.  The more info you give the better the chance of a good diagnosis of your problem.

Just open Windows Media Player and associate .wmv files with it. Or go to the following link and follow the instructions to associate .wmv:
