Ok II am not sure what to really say about this issue or how to word it. So i will try to explain my issues.
My computer will try to boot for about 10 seconds then it shuts off. I cant check anything in bios because there is no display. I have tried on-board video, reseating all the ram an processor. Please if anyone has any ideas please help.

Most likely one of two things: Power supply or overheating. (Yes, a computer can overheat in 10 seconds)

Have you made an changes recently or moved anything around inside?

-=EDIT=-

Let me change that question...

Did you apply thermal paste to the underside of the processor's heat sink?

What is new or different since the last time everything worked properly (ie, new hw, new sw, virus, error, etc)?
