     SOMEONE SET SOMETHING VERY HEAVY ON TOP OF MY LAPTOP AND NOW SOMETIMES IT IS HARD TO READ THE WORDS,WHAT COULD BE THE PROBLEM WITH THE SCREEN

      More information about what happened, and more information about what is different with the operation of it.

      Could be the LCD screen has been damaged. I'd suggest taking it to a repair shop and let them look at it.
