I have a virus so I decided to try a system restore.  The computer responded by saying I could not open system restore because the group policy restricted it, and that I should contact my administator to fix it.  I went into safe mode and opened regedit (run-regedit.exe).  I then went to Software---System Restore.  There I saw "disablesr", I chose to delete it, but whenever I close and reopen it, it still doesn't work along with system restore itself.  Please help me if you can, thank you!
