Is it possible to increase sound volume

I've bought new sound card and it plays way too loud... I've set maximum in sound card's options and in windows itself it's maxed...

So you have installed a "NEW" sound card in your computer and you are not satisfied with the volume level (you cannot get it loud enough correct? Now at this stage i could ask you a lot of questions because there are many things that can cause your issue. I am going to direct you to a web site that deals with sound issues and hopefully it will assist you in determining what of the many issues could be causing your problem. Please take the time to read down at least as far as the "tutorials"
