How about some more information? Has the computer always acted this way or did it just start? If it just started, what is new or different since the last time everything worked properly (ie, new hw, new sw, virus, error, etc)? Does this happen in safe mode or only in regular mode? What type of operating system is it and what hardware are you using.
Please answer ALL of the above.
